I have been waiting since January for an update on my case from Mr.Faygaly. I spoke with Mr.Faygaly in June to be given the same response from January. He had to talk with Mr.Hernandez, the notes weren’t clear, and he would follow up with me. He never followed up as usual. I was informed by the receptionist Elizabeth OConnor was the person that has took over my case. After asking for someone over her, she was available to say she apologize. She was taking the case over to Mr.Hernandez office, she was new and would get me an answer this was the last week of June. I called her on July 10th she stated she just got in the office 15min ago, she was going to review the file with Mr.Hernandez if she didn’t get back to me that day it would be Thursday the next day. It’s now July 23rd and still no response or update on my case. Elizabeth has told her receptionist to say she is busy, she will call back in 30 mins, before 5pm but still no update on the case. From January to June it doesn’t take that long to update a client on a case, read a file. Professionalism goes a long way and this firm professionalism went out the window when Ms.Taylor left.
