I felt I was not in good hands with my current representation, so I reached out to K&N for advice/second opinion. I had the pleasure of speaking to Mr. Paul Hernandez. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The conversation wasn’t just kept strictly to business. He immediately took interest not only in my case, but getting to know a little about myself as well as educating me on several rules/regulations. He never made me feel pressured to leave the firm I was with or less valued because I already was being represented. He actually only had nice thins to say about the firm. That shows a lot of someone’s personal character. The advice he gave was to try and work it out with my currently attorney and if it goes south, he would be available. I did end up being escalated to a supervisor of my current firm who took over and took excellent care of me. I’ll be staying with my current firm, but just from my interaction with Mr. Hernandez alone, I can see why K&N has such an impeccable rapport.

Stephanie and Sternburg were amazing to work with and got my case closed as soon as possible. Communication updates were a little slow but other than that everything went amazing and I would definitely work with them again if need be!
