I enjoyed the company and they did me well. And if I have to I will use them again.

Honestly I should have went somewhere else the follow up sucks and you have to call back 5-6 times to have issues addressed. I waited 3 years for a settlement of less than 1k when I was in the right. I was hit driving through a green light with a newborn and t boned resulting in the car being a total loss. I honestly feel like 3 years of waiting and the circumstances should have given me a substantial amount of return. The outcome in my opinion is truly pathetic. I would recommend a smaller more hungry firm where you’re not just a number.

This is got to be the worst law firm I've ever seen in my life I heard them for my disability case nobody calls me back I have to call them I'll leave messages they still don't call me back and it's very unprofessional please do not hire these people nobody I'm a very honest Christian person and they are sitting back waiting for my settlement to build up to $6,000 the maximum amount allowed so they can collect they haven't advised me anything or nothing and I have no money I have a place to live for four more months and that's it and then I'm out and I can't even walk usually an attorney will advise you of things to do to win your case and they have not done one single thing for me have not contacted me or anything the only way I have talked to anybody is by contacting them after leaving messages and them still not responding please do not hire these people at all I'm giving you good advice go somewhere else. And please read the response back from Calvin ackman to me it's going to list that because of covid-19 like everybody else blames everything on covid-19 that things are taking longer I understand it might have taken a little longer but it's been over a year and a half and the thing about it is I think I need more doctor documentation and they're not telling me anything they're not good attorneys that work there cuz I've asked my friends that are in other law firms it's just that they don't do disability cases

Worst part of being hurt in a crash that wasn't my fault was the defendant lying that I caused the crash. My attorney was Christopher Jacobs. Chris made sure to return my calls and follow up with me. He pushed my case to a finality and was able get a great settlement for me. I'd recommend Chris and his staff if you are hurt in a crash.
