The process from start to finish was very professional...from the time I met with the claims adjuster who came to me at my job which was very convenient to the end of the process where I finalized my settlement.. Ms. Baskin is very polite and courteous and had a calming aura about her. I would recommend them to any and everyone in need of help!

I didnt have to come to the office much but when i had to I was greeted extremely graciously by the receptionist Ella Baskin. Also Colin O'Dawe got my settlement without having to go to court which my case was headed in that direction so I'm extremely greatful for that. All in all it was very professional and well handled. I highly recommend their services if u are ever injured in an accident no fault of your own.

I was terribly hurt in a motorcycle crash. My attorney was Christopher Jacobs. My family called him when I was in the hospital. Chris and the whole Kalfus & Nachman crew jumped to action. Chris immediately had his investigator out at the scene and interviewing witnesses. The pain and injuries were terrible. But, knowing how supportive the Kalfus & Nachman firm, especially my attorney Chris Jacobs and his paralegal Carmen, was extremely comforting. I called Kalfus and nackman after I was rear ended on Lynnhaven. Geico didn’t want to pay for anything. The other driver had geico as well. He was texting and driving in the rain. Communication was not the best, there were maybe 5 people throughout my case as it went on from step to step and I had to call a lot to figure stuff out. All in all, I received a settlement out of court just short of 2 years. Mr. Suit said the settlement was actually what he would expect in court but it saved me from the attorneys fees going up. I really appreciated his honesty. I would definitely use them again! The receptionist was so sweet, Mrs. Baskin. She made sure I got a settlement bag of goodies last minute because she wasn’t expecting me!
