I received not 1 letter but 2 from so-called attorney Gregory Waddell.

I got a letter too haven’t been in that state in years this is so a disgusting way to try to get money and people and then saying that oh someone with different middle name like really they need to do something about this place something else is up I am calling attorney general for state and sending them this do they can look into it what a joke

SCAM.

Based on the other reviews; this seems very shady. I assume thousands of letters are sent to unsuspecting people like myself. I read his response of how some letters were sent out in err. Should be ashamed that he can affect people's blood pressure before they realize this may be a scam. Thank goodness I never drove through Virginia lately; however I keep thinking the government is coming after me for something.

I hired Mr waddell to handle a driving case.he didn't do his job he lied to me over an over again time an time again I ask for my money back he refused to I have made a complaint with the board on his behalf I'm now in process of taking him to court he is very untrustworthy he doesn't do his job at all he gives you unbroken promises as well do not hire this lawyer save your money

Received a very suspicious letter in the mail about a traffic violation. Normally, one knows about a violation if they received one and I rarely drive since working from home so I decided to do some research. I discovered that there are others that have received the same letter which seems to be some sort of scam.

After reading through some of his reviews I thought I would put mine in. I received a letter today from Mr Waddell about my traffic violation in Virginia. I have never been in Virginia. I called both numbers listed on the letter, and got no response. This feels completely unethical and like a scam. Plus, it's left me wondering if someone has stolen my identity. Will that be his next scam; helping people recover their identity because someone got a traffic violation under their name in Virginia?? Maybe he's already doing that. 🤷‍♀️ I'd be very leery of hiring him for an attorney. Google should give the opportunity to leave a zero for a review, because that's what this review would get.

I'm not a guy who typically leaves reviews. I should have read his before I hired him. Mr. Waddell has obviously found a niche in finding out of town clients to prey on. (for lack of a better term) He does nothing to communicate with you throughout the process other than email. (1 EMAIL). My case was continued and i had to call the office to find that out. in preparation he didn't ask for anything other than a driving record. My driving record is +5 points. I was expecting to offer up community service or even some probation for 6 months clean record... none of that was even offered! needless to say he got absolutely nothing done I couldn't have done myself at reducing it 4 mph...when I told him I was confused and disappointed about the outcome and asked for explanation, he was very "matter of fact" and almost sounded like he agreed with the judges decision?? SMH I asked him what the appeal process would cost and he quoted DOUBLE the price. In the end I would absolutely use a different lawyer if you are and out of towner or a local. He is in it for the money and does not care about his record or you!

I live in NC and needed a Virginia Attorney. Mr Waddell walked me through everything he needed. I paid online (fees are affordable) and sent him my driving record. He took care of everything and I received an email that my ticket had been reduced. Definitely the smoothest experience ever. I would use this law office again if needed.

Same as all of the other folks that got the SCAM letter implying that I had a traffic violation in the State of Virginia. He should be disbarred for sending out these false content letters

If I could leave no stars I would. Mr. Waddell represented me for a speeding ticket and never reached out to speak with me on any of the happening that occurred during my traffic stop. If you want a quality representation, show up yourself. As I am learning the hard way, no one will look out for you like YOU will. He was unsuccessful is obtaining any resolution in my case and is now , of course, asking for more money to do what he should have done in the first place with my money. He hung up on me when I called to follow up after the court date (no one reached out to me). Take your money else where ! BEWARE, this is a scam lawyer.
