We retained Cherie Parson with hope of receiving a service that represented us. However, through this process we have been made to feel on several occasions as if the employer was her client. Our expectations in retaining her was not that we receive any special treatment rather we wanted guidance and the best advice in the situation. Neither of which we felt she provided.
