I spoke to a supervisor to prioritize what I needed done because many things I had already fixed on my own but had not updated yet on report because it wasn’t 30 days yet. Today I get an email and they challenged everything that I had already fixed!! Scam!! I call to ask why and I’m told “we are doing our best” I ask to speak to a supervisor wait on hold for about 30 minutes and the same person comes back to the phone claiming they are a supervisor now. I explain again why would I pay for you to challenge something I already fixed and I get the same line “we are doing our best”. I say your not listening to me and the guy hangs up the phone on me. This company is a complete scam!!

Lexington Law contacted my mother, who is bi-polar and has frequent episodes. Despite how very obvious it is when speaking to her that's she is not mentally competent, they opened an account for her for a subscription cost of $139.95 per month. She has no memory of opening the account. She didn't complete the paperwork for the account and they still continue to bill her. I have aided her in closing the account but they refuse to refund any of the fees collected for their unethical business practices. Clearly, they do not have anyone's best interests in mind, except their own.
