I’ve been a client with Mrs.Walsh since 2006 and recently settled my worker’s compensation claim. They were always professional, never pressured to do anything I didn’t want to do and were always patient with me. I felt that they always had my back and my interest came first. I have observed numerous attorneys over the years in my previous profession and choose her to represent me in my case. I did not have a lot of hope in being approved since Social Security disability is not easy to get approved. I provided all the facts and documentation and Ms. Walsh accomplished the rest. I was surprised on the hearing date to find out that she had sent a letter to the Judge on my behalf which reduced a long and extended hearing ordeal. Her immediate communication to me in relationship with Judge opinion resulted in a quick resolution to the issues at hand. I was injured in a car accident while working. I was in a company car so this was a workman's comp. claim. I looked and there are not many attorneys that will take on the big insurance companies. After being told i had no case by several attorney's i found Kathleen. I met with her and she was so angry that i had been told i had no case. She apologized for her fellow attorney's and began working at once. She told me up front that workman's comp. cases are a process, so my case may take awhile. It did, but Kathleen and her office staff kept me informed all through the process so i knew what was going on. We finally got the insurance company to settle my case, and i think Kathleen Walsh was the reason. She is a "bull dog" when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. She knows the law, and used it to get what i deserved after this accident. Then the negligence part of my case started. This was really a process. While this was going on, i had 4 surgery's, 2 on my neck and 2 on my back as a result of my accident. Kathleen actually called me while i was in the hospital to see how i was. That small gesture showed me that she cared about me, and that i had made the right choice in an attorney. My case was complicated, for reasons i won't go into here, but Kathleen worked tirelessly on my case. Even when i felt like quitting it all, she was there for me and keep me going. I never thought an attorney would work so had on a case. I felt like i was her only client because of what she put into my case. We finished my case in 2016. So with both sides of this law suit it took 4 years and i couldn't be happier. I have personally referred a half dozen people to her now, and my wife is now a client too. We became good friends during this process, and i plan to remain her friend even though my case is over. So if your looking for an attorney, why not get one that actually knows what they are doing, and actually cares. Kathleen Grace Walsh gets a 10 out of 10 in my book.
