I DO NOT recommend this lawyer. Hired her for a traffic violation and only got my speed reduced by 2 miles. I could have represented myself and got the same or better outcome. Definitely was a waste of my hard earned money since I'm a traveling nurse I'm on the road a large fraction of the time and have a clean driving record until now.My goal was to get reduce insurance negative points. Very poor communication and the lawyer was clearly expressed frustration in her tone of voiceby my questions and concerns when we spoke over the phone.

I give 5 stars for Angela she is an amazing lawyer she answered all my questions and gave me great advice. She was well worth the money. I would definitely recommend her. The people in the office are very sweet and will help answer any questions they can. Very great team at Bowman and Harpers.

Ms Harper was very efficient and found the best solution for the case at hand. She is personable and treats her clients with respect. I would recommend her .

Take my word on this recommendation; these are the attorneys that YOU NEED for many different reasons!! They are the elite few in Orange County, VA which I would not hesitate for a minute to use if I, for example, needed a good defense lawyer!! They have the experience, they are courteous, and they have the knowledge of numerous scenarios in which a lawyer would be necessary! They are fair in what their fees and pricing are and the best part; they treat you like a human, not a machine! The staff is extremely helpful and they will handle your calls will expertise quality just as the lawyers here will handle your case!
