In the midst of dealing with a traumatic and near fatal car accident, we sought out M&H for help. Everyone there, especially Lisa & Mr. Hooe, were incredibly friendly and comforting. They made the entire experience as pleasant as they could. Every email and phone call received a prompt response and they were very thorough in their explanations to ensure that we fully understood everything happening at any given moment. We were kept informed and updated without being overwhelmed. Every question was answered, and in person meetings were never rushed in any way at all. In a situation that turned our entire lives upside down, Lisa, Mr. Hooe, and M&H in general did everything the could to keep the legal conversations and meetings as pleasant as possible. We were always offered a beverage when we arrived for a meeting and again during the meeting as well as before leaving. The environment for our meetings was always comfortable and no noise from the outside the conference room was heard. Lisa and Mr. Hooe were truly wonderful and we can't thank them enough. They were our guardian angels at a time we needed that the most. They worked hard to give us a positive experience.
