Mr.Hodge represented me in court and successfully had my case dismissed. He is both an excellent lawyer and counselor at the same time--a person I found to have the highest personal and professional ethics. I will be using him in the the future for my estate planning. He has my full confidence.

Before retaining Mr. Hodge, Mr. Hodge told me it would be $2500 to represent me for a motions hearing, the first thing coming up in the case. When the case was dismissed at the motions hearing, Mr. Hodge took the entire $5,000 retainer I had given him to represent me for the entire case, even though he had told me it would only cost $2500 to handle that first hearing! Mr. Hodge was well prepared, was able to show errors in the legal arguments of the opposing attorney, is excellent in court and is excellent at legal strategy. Just make sure you get written agreements and limitations on costs with this attorney spelled out in as much detail as possible!!!

I am involved in a highly contentious custody battle and hired Mr. Hodge to represent me. He is my third attorney and over the years and I am so pleased with him.
