Ladies & Gentlemen -Todd & Melissa - are awesome both assisted me on my two major clearances - The responses were within Federal guidelines and to the point , I knew my re-investigation will be a challenge thus I buckled up for turbulance but they flew right through the storm both re-investigation complete - Thanks Mellisa , Todd and of course Mr. Berry.

No responding for small issues

I started off with a high well-known high visibility attorney in which a friend had very good results. I had to fire that attorney due to unresponsiveness and being argumentative with me. I felt like he did not know the particulars of my case. When I went to Berry & Berry I couldn't believe the professionalism and responsiveness from day one. John Berry treated me like a valued client, I was comfortable enough to talk to him like actual people do. I never got that from the previous attorney. When it came to my case, John got up to speed in a few days something the previous attorney could not do in 13 months. At every critical juncture John offered his opinion, took my thoughts into consideration, and gave me potential outcomes and thoughts on which way we should take the case. My case against the DoD was difficult, it was trying, nonetheless John built a good working relationship with the opposing counsel. Communication flowed in both directions in an open and constructive manner. There was never a time during my case with John representing me that I was ever unsure what the next move was, or what our strategy was going forward. If I had a question John was quick to answer questions or call me with updates on the case. In all phases of the case John was very positive, he made a very unpleasant situation easier to deal with, and when we met in his office, he and his staff were very kind to my wife. My case involved a merit protection board, and security clearance matter. John was able to negotiate a settlement, and I got my clearance back as a result. John is an expert attorney and knows how to protect federal employees. I highly recommend John, and the Berry & Berry Law Firm, my only regret is that I didn't start off with John representing me from day one.
