This was the first time in my life that I've ever required the services of an attorney, and John and his team were excellent. From the minute I walked through the door and met with him during that initial consultation, I felt like he really cared about me, not just as a client, but as a person. I had consulted two other lawyers before him and didn't like their attitudes. John came across as caring, humble, and compassionate, everything that I consider myself to be, and everything that I could ask for in someone representing me. He was also one of the only attorneys I consulted that would allow me to assist in writing up part of the reply. John and his team were by my side every step of the way, and he helped reassure me on many occasions throughout a lengthy and stressful process. I would highly recommend Berry & Berry if you want a firm that will fight hard for you but that won't lose the human element. John's experience and expertise really impressed me the entire time, and I am so thankful to him for everything he's done for me. It's refreshing to see that compassionate attorneys still exist in this world, and I truly believe that John is in a league of his own.

John and his team are our "go-to" folks for representing members of the federal employee collective bargaining unit I am the Chairman of. They are attentive but not bothersome, polite yet tenacious and, above all, they are professionals. Though every case is handled individually, Berry and Berry handles them quickly and with as much involvement from their client as their client is comfortable with. The arena of law involving the federal workforce is highly specialized and John and his staff have the experience, the know-how and the procedural knowledge to navigate the maze of federal employment law. As I have told many, many federal employees asking me for a legal referral: "almost any attorney will take your money but how many will actually take your case". This is not the case with Berry and Berry and that is why I send my own members and employees from other agencies, to them.

Mr. John Berry and his staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my situation. I have personally recommended his firm to 2 close friends in situations that required representation.
