Do not go here if you possess a TS/SCI clearance and / or work for the Agency or anywhere for that consideration. I recently went there to speak about a classified case of a mattar of law, and it was equivalent to speaking to a brick wall. They are extremely arrogant and a complete waste of time. They only care about your money. As soon as I entered the door, the very first words were, you will have to pay us $500 upfront before we even talk with you. Folks they have stated their motive, it is not to counsel you for excellence, it's to take your money. So, I decided to say sure to the $500, and as soon I started specifying the framework of the case, they were completely lost. They literally said to me that they don't handle criminal or civil law when that's exactly what's stated on their website, especially government security clearance. Thank God I had the chance to witness this before retaining their horrible service. Folks beware.

From start to finish, Todd Hull was professional, responsive, and above all very knowledgeable on clearance matters and procedures. I have just concluded my case! It was a long and terrible battle of almost 3 years that initially resulted in a denial from OPM for disability retirement followed by appeal. The appeal was successful, interim payments started and last week this process resulted with a large deposit of backpay.
