Her instincts relative to the opposition and judiciary are spot on. She is thorough and responsive. Her communication skills are outstanding. She does her homework and provides sound guidance. I never felt like I did not have full control over the direction I wanted to go. She explained pros and cons of every scenario and supported my decisions. She set a realistic expectation as to success on various issues. Though I did not win every point in my complaint, I won what she believed I would win from the very beginning. The other issues would have been a nice addition. She assembles a team of experts to put her client in the best position to win. Her preparation was clearly better than the opposition's prep work.
