We engaged Michael McVicker for my H-1b work visa petition. Michael filed the H-1b visa petition on time in April. However, we received an RFE in July and USCIS requested for explanation regarding my job responsibilities. Michael responded to the RFE with a detail explanations along with the supporting documents and provided a full justification how my job responsibilities are related to my degree . While we were waiting for the USCIS decision, my school lost the recognition. I contacted Michael and he provided me a great help during that stressful time.
