Very detailed and knowledgeable staff who handle the cases very efficiently in a timely manner. Have done multiple Complicated H1 and Perm filing and they have handled the cases with care and efficiently and above all have returned phone calls promptly.

Let me start with horrible experience with Jessica Zhang. Totally irresponsible. My case was pending from 2 months and every time comes up with excuse that I am busy. No follow up work. Every time comes up with issues in documentation at the deadlines. No transparency in any communication. We know it’s law thing and takes time but you should be clear what you say and give ball park estimate of time atleast. Please avoid them if you can. I was not directly working so I can’t but you can.
