Kevin has provided legal services for our 30-person organization for a period of five years. We were first introduced to Kevin and his team by our CPA firm. We were quickly moved by Kevin's interest in learning about our organizational structure, organizational goals, who we were as individuals and any legal concerns. As a newly established corporation with multiple partners, Kevin assisted us with determining how to best structure our articles of incorporation, hosted meetings of corporate officers, developed buy-sell agreements for stock and assisted with partner separation negotiations.
