I am fortunate to work with Ms. Minear regarding a confusion in my J1 waiver application. My J1 waiver application was a bit complicated. The employer's attorney made it more complicated and that forced me to consult other attorney's including Ms. Minear. Every other attorney gave me the answer but they couldn't provide any reference for the answer. Ms. Minear is the only one provided me the exact reference and that made the application easy. She didn't charge me any fee even after repeatedly asking her. She answered all email in time and guided me through the situation. I am feeling bad as i couldn’t pay her and decided to write this review. This is my first online review about anything. She is one of the best personality and immigration attorney i ever worked with. I Strongly believe world must know about personality like her and should feel the difference.

Jennifer got me and my family our permanent resident status through the National Interest Waiver route. She answered all my concerns and gave me advice instrumental in getting our green cards without having to compromise the quality of employment I otherwise would not have known I'm entitled to. She always responded in a very timely manner and provided me with notifications throughout the whole process. I am very grateful.
