Wouldn’t take my case and would not explain why.

I received a referral to Mr. Arkema from my brother in law to resolve a legal matter. Mr. Arkema and his assistant Tammy Lyons were helpful from the beginning. They were prompt in returning calls and e-mails and my settlement amount was more than I expected to receive. I am very grateful for this experience and will be recommending them further.

I spoke with Ben Johnson and his legal advice got me the outcome I was seeking from my employer without the matter having to escalate. Lauren French was responsive and professional. She guided me through the process flawlessly. This is an excellent firm.

Sadly, My family experienced a horrible situation in which an attorney was needed. Sadaq Gill was hired with a retainer. He didn't return phone calls for months when his services were needed costing us in fines and court actions. Finally, he did a "hard sell" to settle for an amount that didn't even break even in expenses and the ability for all of the many repairs needed. I felt enormous pressure to settle for such an inadequate amount, plus to pay attorney fees. Major mistake from the beginning.

Our case need very quick response and Kevin Funk helped us with it professionally, quickly, and successfully. We were happy with the results and for an honest portrayal of their actions.
