I can't say enough about the job that Attorney Simpson and his team did with my case. I was very uncertain what to expect during the process, especially during the pandemic. I was blown away by the way that the staff handled my case, ensuring that I knew what to expect every step along the way. They provided guidance on where things stood throughout the process and kept me updated at every turn. Whenever I needed clarity on anything in my case the team (Stefany and Jessica) was prompt in getting me feedback and Attorney Simpson would reach out directly if I needed any further clarification. Of course no one wants the circumstances that warrant seeking legal help after an accident--- but I will recommend Attorney Simpson and his team to anyone that I know (family or friends) who find themselves in need of great legal expertise and service!!!

I"ve been with this firm for 5 yrs, never get any updates on my case unless i call to find out what"s going on. attorney never calls to explain where my case is. They recieved a settlement from one insurance, they paid my medical expenses and themselves. Was told they were going after my auto ins. company for underinsured motorist claim, this has been going on for 5 yrs.

I met Mr Ellis 2years ago. He is Awesome!!! He helped my son with his legal needs and went above and beyond his limits to make sure my son was given the best support, knowledge and chance he could find. I would DEFINITELY call on him for Law needs and expertise. Mr Ellis listened and seen things in me and my son that was never explained in the Law NOR was paid attention to. If you ever need a lawyer to defend you without judgement, CALL HIM!!!!

Mr Ellis was the best. He was very personable and he did not judge me for my past mistake. He made a good out of a bad situation I hope I don't need to see him again but I will tell you I am only trusting him with my defense. Thank you for being on point. The Commonwealth Accident Injury Law firm took a case that I thought was too old to work. After suffering a neck injury and a concussion, the insurance company wanted to settle for an outrageously low amount. Being patient really paid off! Thanks to CAIL I was awarded 10 times the amount that Geico wanted to settle for. I could not believe that an insurance company that I had for decades would try to low ball in such fashion. Having the worst experience ever. Not very professional, for instance doesn't return phone calls and for some reason since January my case is still waiting on information...I would love to give a great review but unfortunately I'm not having a great experience with the firm.
