Charlie was willing to take up a case for me even though it was in a county a couple of hours away. He clearly outlined what I needed to do to satisfy the prosecutor & judge before my trial began. Very helpful in dispelling any concerns I had about my case. I would highly recommend him if you're in trouble for alcohol/trespassing related charges.

Mr. Inch did an amazing job with my case. He was available, went above and beyond, and really cared about me as a person. He has a really good work ethic and I know that he is not in this field for the money, but to positively impact lives. I would refer Mr. Inch to friends and hire him all over again. If you are looking for a good lawyer who will fight for you and advise you openly and honestly, I would get Mr. Inch on your case ASAP! You will not have any regrets.

Really informative, very thorough brother. Not like all of the other attorney's in the area. Gives his word and actually follows it up with his actions. I live in Hampton and have researched attorneys from VA Beach all the way up to NOVA and all of them are like pimps. They tell you they care, while at the same time asking you "how will you be paying my retainer today?" They get in court and flip on you quicker than Donnie Brasco. From Tom Burcher to Nick Swango in VA Beach to Tiffany Sullivan with O'Brien Law to Ashton Ray in Hampton. They all want their retainers and want to avoid litigation like the black plague no matter what type of case it is. Not Charles Inch, he's straight forward and honest in any advice given, he feels like a member of the family and will put his stones on the line in the name of the truth. All in all no matter what you need I recommend Mr. Inch and his expertise, also I am breaking legs for this guy for anyone that steps out of line to tarnish his name. Charles L. Inch is a very professional Attorney. It took another lawyer four times to get me out on bond failing on each attemp and Mr Inch did it on his first attempt me and my Girlfriend are in Debt with Mr Inch...

I rate Mr Inch highly, for 2 reasons. I have a first hand experience with his services. He represented me in a civil financial dispute. I am surgeon with a very busy schedule.
