Called to complete my intake and was met with rudeness from the moment he answered the phone i felt like I was bothering him the whole time. Sorry you have to do your job don’t take it out on me if you don’t like it! I had bad days and I had bad days working customer service too but I don’t treat people that way. I was respectful the entire conversation feeling completely dismissed. I wasted my time I was already feeling discouraged and that really made me not wanna talk to the attorney, have better customer service!
