Drew gave very specific and ultimately effective advice about contesting a Comcast collections effort. With his help the collection process was ended, the associated negative item on my credit report was removed, and my credit score immediately increased 100 points. Spoke to Mr. Sarrett on the phone and by email and he was very kind, helpful and engaged with helping me resolve my issue.
