I have known Mr. Nicholas Braswell for over 16 years. Mr. Braswell is a person who will go the extra mile and never back down from a fight. He also is very professional and dedicated to each of his clients. An attorney that listens to understand rather than listen to reply is the exact type of individual that is needed in in the Richmond area. Mr Braswell saw that I had been railroaded by the police and jailed for 5 days straight. After I was released pending trial, Mr Braswell saw how convoluted the charges were against me and moved swiftly to convince the Commonwealth Attorney (who hadn't been the one to file the charges! )to dismiss the case!
