When I called into the office yesterday and spoke with Mr. Stephen Flores he was not pleasant or friendly towards me at all. He didn’t take the time out to get to learn more about me and my situation nor he was very empathetic at all. Yes I know I’m responsible for the debt but I need people with me that’s going to be encouraging, not condescending, or making me feel less. Filing bankruptcy is a livelihood decision and very tough but I need people that’s gonna stand by me in a positive manner vs the treatment I received yesterday afternoon. I’m highly disappointed with the company and will be taking my money somewhere else to be treated and help like I’m supposed to be helped accordingly. Customer service is really big in my book and I work to hard for my money to be treated any kind of way. Appointment is cancelled.

They was so helpful, they answered any questions I had and worked with me with this being my first time going through this. I would recommend using them for all people who are going through bankruptcy and they would make it as easy as pie for you.
