I’m so glad I chose Ms Branch. She was very knowledgeable of my issue and my situation worked in my favor.

Told me a corporation could actually unethically and unfairly to their employees. She also told me corporations could actually lie and falsify information in an investigation. I was told that the corporation could say they will investigate and not actually investigate. For her, if it's not discrimination, retaliation etc. (the more substantial suits) she avoids it.

I contacted Attorney Pamela Branch to speak with her about a potential wrongful termination lawsuit that I am considering and that could possibly go to the federal courts. I had an employment dispute with a former employer and brought my documentation to Ms. Branch, she stated her retainer fee and provided consultation. Ms. Branch clearly verbalized that I had a solid case and stated her retainer fee. The next day, after I met with my employer, I called Ms. Branch and she again stated her retainer fee and said that we could not move further with the case until I paid her the retainer fee. When I got home and checked the mail, there was a letter mailed on the date of our consultation meeting from Ms. Branch stating that my case was strong enough for her to pursue. I am accepting of Ms. Branch's letter and viewpoint, but the letter was a direct contradiction to Ms. Branch's verbal statements to me before and after she consulted me and sent her letter to my address.

I felt that I was in an impossible situation and Ms. Branch helped me feel confident that I could win and win we did. I am glad I made the choice to have her represent me.

I needed assistance with an employment issue, she was able to help me quickly. Even though, I did not end up hiring her, our consultation was more than enough to assist me in resolving my issues. She did not waste my time nor money. Very knowledgeable and responsive.
