Amazing attorney! Paul was my nephew's lawyer and we are thrilled with the results. There were several lawyers we previously talked to that said they couldn't do much. Paul took the case and the results blew us away. Highly recommend!

After breaking up with my ex gf, she retaliated by calling 911 and completely fabricated a story to have me arrested. I was charged with Misdemeanor assault. I never touched her. I hired Paul Galanides for the appeal (jury trial in VA) after the County Court judge sentenced me to 2 weeks. I would have had to serve this time had I not hired Paul. Mr. Galanides requested the officers’ body cams, never shown in the bench trial, and he even obtained the criminal history background of my ex gf. He spent time with me before trial going through all the evidence and it was clear Paul had methodically broken down the State’s case, which was all predicated on my lying ex gf. Apparently, it was clear to the prosecutor as well. They completely dismissed my case the day before trial! There could have been no better outcome. While the trial was pending, I was given access to legal assistant Kara, who fights equally as hard as Paul for you from behind the scenes. She’s outstanding in keeping you updated about where your case is at and cheerfully answers any questions you may have. Because she cares. Hiring Paul Galanides and Kara is the best decision you can make if you ever find yourself in a jam.

The team at Paul's law office took great concern over myself and my case showed great care for my dog and wanted to represent me and my dog fought for the truth to come out and defended us over the whole 3 month long process. Answer my phone call whenever I had any questions and encouraged me and kept my stress down. I hope I don't have to but if I do I will definitely use this law office again and I highly recommend them for any case, especially dealing with animals though.

My felony case resulted in a decision by the commonwealth not to proceed with the case based on thorough and careful development of a defense and strategic communication from Paul to a reluctant prosecutor. Nolle Prosse. so there was no trial, nothing. case entirely dismissed. Best possilble outcome.

Three stars for the positive outcome of my case and lengths he went to in order to keep personal hardship to a minnimum. He earned the three stars and his staff was helpful most of the time. They typically convey a deep sense of caring and understanding for your situation which is so very important in this line of work. Fees were reasonable. I had no record going into this case and it was dismissed. I do have to give a word of caution though... I researched his practice and felt fairly confident I was making a good choice. The service I received during my initial phone calls to his office seemed to coincide with that. I spoke to Mr. Galanides right away and he sounded experienced in the case subject matter. I was really impressed. However, my case took some time to come to a close and, for this period after the initial calls, the very high level of service diminished to what sometimes felt like aversion techniques. I now primarily had open communication with his staff as he was rarely available (to speak with). I was disappointed that there were instances where I couldnt get a timely response by phone/email which served to increase my anxiety. I felt lost with the process (as I imagine most do, which is a crying shame) and wouldve preferred phone calls rather than email when critical or complicated information was being shared. There was also an instance where it seemed as though he was short with me over the phone and I recall feeling nervous in court the judge would lash out as us as he seemed to be growing angry is response to my attorneys protests. Finally, another agency attempted to fine me some time after the close of my case and I found it a bit surprising he didn't advise me or even know about this since my own research revealed its routine in cases like mine. I called his office and again he didnt speak with me. Instead, I received an impersonal email directing me to a civil attorney. Yes he is criminal not civil but one would think an experienced lawyer would be aware of standard action to keep his client informed. When I ask if he could recommend anyone I received no response at all. The initial high level of service seemed to have only been an act to get my business and an easy case, so I cannot recommend them or rate them 5 stars. Im not sure I trust them. I also noticed on their review response to another client informations about the details of their case was broadcasted for anyone to see which is a bit scary.
