Finding this law firm was for me an instance of "when the student is ready the teacher appears". I needed to start the estate planning process but didn't know how or where to begin. Attorney Lee's seminar helped me take that first step, and the journey has been a smooth one. At my first visit Attorney Lee sat down across the table and asked "How can I help you?" In the quiet of her office I told my story and asked my questions; and I had a legal page full of questions. Once I decided that this was the team I wanted, a decision I made at that visit, we got to work. Staff have helped me define goals and put into place strategies to meet those goals. When I have questions, the answers are clear and concise. I appreciate especially that wills, trusts and elder law are the areas in which the Lee Law office specializes. Attorney Lee's book was a bonus. The information is presented in small bites, in easily understandable terms, with effective examples. It restates material that she presented in her seminar, and the reinforcement is helpful. Plus it's fun to read. As I read it I felt like I was having a conversation with the author not like I was reading a textbook. I was looking for a guide and was fortunate to find the assistance I needed through the Lee Law Firm.

Having worked with Attorney Lee and her staff of associates, off and on, over the last couple of years, I'd have to rate her as a highly skilled, personable and caring professional, who obviously understands the concept of "customer first," when handling the needs of her clients. These observations stem from my nearly 30-year career involvement with various attorneys and courts systems of the eastern seaboard area, before retirement as a Senior Investigator of a major public utility company. Plus, some seven years underwriting and claims experience, within the property and casualty insurance business arena, provided additional insights into what the desirable profile of an attorney, or anyone within a fiduciary capacity, should be. In my opinion, Attorney Lee is exceptional. My involvement with the Lee Law firm first occurred within my seeking legal services and long-term care advice for an elderly relative. Attorney Lee was recommended by a corporate-attorney friend who had conducted extensive research within the framework of elder care services and attorneys. But, I was impressed enough with the professionalism and skillset of the Lee Law firm to later engage the estate planning services of this attorney, for my own family. Frankly, I was additionally motivated from many years of witnessing the undesirable aftermath and legal traumas associated with the death of other relatives and many friends, as well as individual casework previously assigned to me as an investigator or insurance professional. But, like many others, I simply procrastinated the idea of getting serious about my own needs. However, I now feel that I've finally obtained a certain level of peace and calm, within, previously elusive, from completing the legacy and/or estate planning services, coupled with the public seminar on Wills & Trusts, offered by the Lee Law firm. Accordingly, I've already recommended this firm to friends and family and highly recommend Attorney Lee to anyone with similar needs for legacy, estate and/or long-term care planning.
