Worst law firm, 3 weeks or more and i am still waiting for a call back. You are just a number too them, i wont ever contact them again. A waste of time same!!

Wonderful team

I got in a motorcycle accident last year, and as soon as Allen Law Firm was recommended to me by a friend I called and within a day my new lawyer Trent Kearns showed up at the hospital to get started on my case. For about a year my case assistant Jana was always prompt to respond to emails and phone calls. My hospital bills were somehow negotiated down from almost $200,000 to about $16,000 and I was still able to receive a substantial check despite low insurance coverage along with a leather notebook as a gift and a handwritten thank you note for my patronage. Great law firm, nice people, hard workers, would recommend to anyone injured in an automobile accident.

My first time having to deal with a law firm, I couldn't have come across a better attorney. James Kessel explained and answered my questions before asking. He kept me posted and responded to my emails promptly. He also was more than fair and put my best interest first. I highly recommend Mr. Kessel and will use him if needed in the future.

Without hesitation, I highly recommend the Allen Law Firm should anyone reading this require professional, caring, and confident representation from a most capable law firm! From day one, when Amy Whitelaw was assigned to represent both my wife and I in our individual (and unrelated) cases, we knew right away we were in good hands. Being the first major instance where either of us found we required legal representation, we found out quickly that we chose the right firm. The Allen Law Firm has an amazing communication process so we always knew where we stood with our cases. When the times came around for depositions, we were completely prepared and confident that the processes would go smoothly, which they did. We were also always provided with complete and adequate updates when times came around to make decisions to help keep the cases moving forward towards resolution. Unexpectedly and from time-to-time, we were even blessed with calls checking on our medical conditions to insure we were progressing well, and not only from Amy, but also from her incredible staff of legal assistants. We not only felt truly appreciated as clients, but always had the confidence that our cases were being handled professionally, thoroughly, and expeditiously. Both of our cases were ultimately settled in timely manners that were satisfying both personally and financially. Going forward we would highly recommend The Allen Law Firm, and in particular Amy Whitelaw, as well as the entire support staff and capable attorneys, for any future situation where the most capable and professional legal representation is required.
