1st time hiring a criminal Attorney retained his Associate Cody Villaino for family member has so far done everything he promised never had to call him he kept family updated with what was going on feels confident he's going to get the job done in his favor

David Whaley literally saved my life. I have had many encounters with the Commonwealth's judicial system and I have always been fortunate enough to have the financial resources to have a good attorney represent me. However, David Whaley is in a league of his own. I came to him with a case that looked hopeless and the prospect of spending the rest of my life in prison. Despite being innocent my prospects were bleak, but David kept me focused on what was most important: getting the best outcome possible in my case. Every move he made was the right one. He fought the Commonwealth at every turn, doing an incredible job on pretrial motions and discovery. Ultimately, we went to trial and I was found not guilty. If you're looking for someone to hold your hand, maybe you don't want to retain David. His sole objective is to get his clients the best outcome possible. He is an honest man who cares about his clients. He is an exceptional litigator but more importantly, he is honest. Enough said.

David is the man.... he may deal with many cases but he has vast knowledge of the law. Don’t be discouraged if he doesn’t answer or call you back. This is a working man. He is affordable and will show his real skills in front of any judge. Very competent and highly recommended.

Mr. Luxton represented me years ago and he was very unprofessional and did not explain the process in simple terms. He did not get all the evidence nor did not ask me for all the evidence I had and did not present the case the way it should have been presented. I feel I did not get a fair trial due to his incompetence and lack of advocacy for me his client who paid quite a bit of money to be represented by him. He never followed up with me nor called me before the trial. Because of his lack of compassion, concern, basic human rights,knowledge of domestic abuse I was convicted of a felony instead of a misdemeanor on a first offense that was non-violent. I feel he did an extremely poor job in the courtroom and I probably could have represented myself better. He also did not take into account the fact that I was being domestically abused at the time which shows his lack of compassion for a woman. Never before this had I ever had an issue with the law but because of the domestic abuse I was enduring which created the situation that caused the entire case in and of itself. I was charged unfairly. I would not recommend him to anybody as he is not helpful and speaks down to women. It has taken me a long time to stand up and advocate for myself. Thanks for basically ruining my life and costing me a lot of money, fines and fees ,and doing nothing to represent me. I'm very upset at the whole situation even after this many years. He was unsympathetic to me as an abuse victim and that is no laughing matter and that itself cost me more then what I should have endured. I have ptsd from the whole case.My trust in men is zero. The crime I committed was a non violent crime but because of his lack of handling my case in a professional manner it cost me my job and. everything. I really don't think he understands what a domestic violence victim goes through. There is no righting this wrong that I was unfairly convicted of and poorly represented for. If you are a woman look for another lawyer please. Save your money,time,and emotionally well being.There is no apology you can ever give me for not representing a paid client fairly from all angles and aspects that a professional and competent lawyer would have done. You further victimized a victim and that is unethical and immoral at the very least. It took me years to recover from this emotionally. I just don't want other women to go through what I did. Response to Mr. Luxton,that is obviously not my name. Like I said no I did not want a response from you and reviewing my records after many years would do no good. Your response to me clearly is condescending and it is not appreciated.

Mr. Luxton is compassionate and understanding. He treats you like a human being. He helped me feel that I could get past the biggest mistake of my life and move forward. He truly is the best!

Mr Luxton exhibits great professional and compassionate support for his clients. He went far beyond what was expected and further provided excellent advice and guidance for the family. I highly recommend his service. Although I hope that we won't need legal help in the future, I would definitely utilize his service should the need arise.
