Mr. Luxton has been a generational attorney for the OWENS FAMILY for 30+ years I remember my teenage daughter (45yrs)now first said she wanted to be an attorney he took from his busy schedule to allow her to shadow him she went away to university of Texas law school and her first job was McGuire woods law firm and I'm elated that this man took time to invest in this little girl from Mosby COURT public housing development I have only great things to say about his devotion to so many less fortunate that have made bad choices and they joke about his attitude towards truth"make sure you double up on underclo underclothess tges when John tell you you won't be coming out of court today"😁😁

I hired John with a case that was very serious...John has a poise..a confidence and knowledge like no other attorney Ive seen. I got a speeding ticket, he continued it for a while, where I can of forgot about my court day because I live in North Carolina not an excuse but a good lawyer will call you and let you know at least a day before that you have court. I never showed up so they had a warrant for my arrest after he called me and informed me that I have missed my court day instead of doing his job and talking to the judge that it was a mistake somehow anyways I come and turn my self in for the first time I see the inside of jail not a good experience of course. thats over with the next court day comes and we are in front of the judge he barely speaks or even tries to give the story to the judge, I get license suspended for 60 days and 5 days in jail. YOUR BETTER OFF GOING ALONE THAN HIRING THIS GUY.
