I was declared a habitual offender by Virginia in 1995. I had moved out of Virginia in 1991. Tried to resolve issue my self several times, All i had done is threw away my money. If you need a lawyer that will represent you, Joe's your man ! He took care of everything. I did not have to travel back to Virginia for any court hearings. Joe took care of it.
