Mr. Danielson came to my home for our first meeting sparing me of having to make a long and uncomfortable trip to his office He was very well prepared to take my case and provided me with timely updates. When It was time for court appearances, I felt confident having him represent me. Motorcyclist have the same right to share the road as vehicle drivers and these rights are well fought for and protected by this law firm.

Matt and his staff did an excellent job. Even though I hared him late in the process he was able to mitigate all the errors I had made in the process prior to retaining him. Such as, making statements to the other insurance company, making statements to the investigating officer, allowing the release of information to the other insurance company from doctors... I was kept in the loop the entire process by him or members of his staff and other than signing a few papers all I had to do was get well, he and his staff did everything else. At the onset he went over my options, stating the pros and cons of each and gave me a ballpark figure of what my case was worth. The final number came smack dab in the middle of the predicted high and low range. Also, at the onset I was given an education on how insurance worked on the injury side. As a result of this I was able to make effective changes that I will hopefully never need to use, at a negligible cost. I was notified of each offer and the pros and cons of accepting or rejecting them. He or his staff always returned my calls within one business day and usually on the same day. All in all I wouldn't have changed anything about my experience, except for not have gotten hit in the first place (as I put in the title, that hurts), and I would have called him sooner. Would I recommend him? That is not only an unqualified "Yes". I have already recommended him to friends of mine who have also been hit whilst enjoying the freedom of two wheels and killing bugs.

Fully understood the accident and the extent to which I was victimized. Tracked the criminal proceedings (prosecuted by the Federal Gov't) and then fully engaged the civil proceedings which followed. Was instrumental in making all responsible parties fully aware of their obligations and ultimately negotiated a justified settlement. Fair, empathetic and very focused on the end result. Provided clear instructions when needed and was equally clear in providing updates on the status of the lawsuit. Works with an extremely helpful staff who do not leave the client hanging in the midst of fast-moving developments.
