Acted like he was ready to take my case and informed me to call back when ready.
After a few weeks both my wife and I called, spoke to his secretary and kept being told he was out of town, on vacation, etc for over 6 weeks of voice-mail, notes from his secretary, and numerous emails he essentially ghosted us.
Not a very professional way to treat people whether they have signed as a client or not.

Edited: He was not communicative for a long time and it was very frustrating. He did make things right after the fact, which I am very appreciative of. I hold no ill will towards him, but I did not love my experience with him. I don't think that is most peoples experience with him. Hopefully my experience is a once in a blue moon for him.
