I used Craig Sampson in 2015 for a very sensitive divorce and custody matter. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and diligently Mr. Sampson handled my situation. He was able to calm my worries and achieve the results that best met my children’s needs and my own. I would highly recommend Craig Sampson to anyone in need of direction through a troubling time such as my matter.

Ed Barnes and Alicia Finley helped me through a very difficult and emotional divorce. I don't know how I would have done it without them. I would highly recommend them to anyone - very professional, knowledgeable, and got great results for me.

Place to go in a time of need. My attorney was very helpful throughout my entire custody matter. I couldn't of asked for a better attorney or outcome for my case.

After using Alicia Finley with Barnes & Diehl Law firm in 2013, I recommend you stay away from this Law Firm. Alicia Finley was so bad I asked Eddie Barnes for another attorney and at first he denied a new attorney. After I showed him what Finley did and didn't do Eddie Barnes appointed another lawyer. The second lawyer came at the end of my case and my X-wife got everything she asked for. All I got from Barnes & Diehl was a $47,000 bill and my X-wife lawyers bill was $12,000. The only thing Barnes & Diehl is good at is "Billable Hours". After all the negative comments I've seen about Finley, she still works for Barnes & Diehl. As My Sign says: THINK TWICE ABOUT CALLING BARNES & DIEHL, YOUR CASE WILL DEPEND ON IT.

Like it was stated in previous reviews STAY AWAY from this place. The administrative Kathy was very rude I called previously and didn’t get a return phone call . When I did finally get through to her office after I was told I could be helped by the Secretary all the administrative could talk about was money and after I told her that money was not a problem I just needed help she kept saying no I cannot take the case and did not have a real reason . I honestly felt like I was judge by the way my voice sound ! Because she had no reason at all not to take my case after I continuously asked her why she just kept saying because I can’t it’s too much .Its like she didn’t believe I had any money for a lawyer . That was the worst service I have ever had. And I wish I had of seen all the negative reviews before even calling .

Craig Sampson was my attorney from 2014-2015. I wasn't going to leave a review but I'm actually still dealing with the mess he left me with. When I got my file Craig had left copies of the CASA report in it which stated the father had drug problems. My attorney never brought to my attention that an actual doctor stopped prescribing narcotics to him. Never even asked a Judge for a drug test because Craig hid this information from me. It was the only factual information in my whole case! Please use another firm. I believe this firm sees desperate families who will stop at nothing for justice as an opportunity to drag a case to appeal . This firm doesn't care about you ....only dollar signs.

I worked with Alicia Finley during my divorce, which was a very emotional time for me. Along with the typical issues that divorce brings – life disruptions, child custody and visitations, social stigma, and costs – there were some extenuating circumstances with my situation that really added to the stress of the process. Alicia was extremely good at all the legal details, and made sure that everything was handled correctly and in a timely manner. But, in addition to that, Alicia was very comforting and empathic to what I was going through. She was straight forward with me, and gave me all the information and advice that I needed, whether it was what I wanted to hear or not, but she did it in a way that really calmed my nerves and made me feel like everything would end up ok. Looking back, all the advice that she gave turned out to be 100% correct, and I’m so glad she was there for me. I cannot recommend Alicia enough.

I hired this attorney for a very hostile divorce. Her aggressive posture was helpful at first but the effectiveness was diminished from the little consideration she put into my case. She got hostile with me and hung up the phone. I paid her thousands of dollars and she continually created obstacles to make the case worse and expensive. When I finally told her I did not want her services she billed me an insane amount of hours to be released from the case. She will be aggressive to you and the other party but her client is your continued money and not your best interests.

I was going through a divorce where I had been blindsided and was totally unprepared. Ms. Finley guided me through every step of the separation agreement, negotiations and finally a completed divorce. I would not have been able to make the decisions I made without her advice and most importantly, her true understanding of how I was feeling. A divorce is the most horrific thing you can face, but Ms. Finley never let me feel alone or vulnerable. She would return my calls at anytime of the day or night, and she never let me get manipulated. Her knowledge and experience helped me come up with a way to survive financially and take care of my son. I know my best interests were always first and foremost a priority to her. I feel very lucky to have had Ms. Finley represent me and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She will not let you feel alone and she will help you prevail!
