I merely posted a question and he took a great deal of time to respond with great advice. Another attorney responded and was condescending throughout her response. I have an incredibly creative mind but I admit that I know very little when it comes to patent/trademark law and the process. I truly appreciate your advice, Michael. Mr. McCollum helped me get my partner and I get our start up company off the ground. We came to him with an idea for a product and he helped us form the business, protect our IP, and work with investors to get funding. Best of all, he didn't charge us for things we didn't need, and actually talked us out of some things he could have billed us for.
