Claude helped me on a reckless drivers charge. He made things real easy and took the stress off. A year later I had another personal matter come up involving a car accident and I needed a lawyer fast I remembered him and called him and he got back to me right away and walked me through the whole process. Claude Whitehead is an excellent attorney! I was ticketed for going 85 in a 70 mph zone and was charged with Reckless driving. In VA this is a misdemeanor offense and can have significant consequences. Claude took the time to explain the charge and his intended strategy to deal with it. Claude Whitehead has defended me on two different occasions. My 17 yr. old daughter was driving home to New Jersey through Virginia on 95 and was stopped going 86/70, that is considered reckless driving which is quite serious. my daughter was devastated due to the fact that in NJ her license is probationary for the first year and that ticket would cause her licence to be revoked . Mr. Whitehead recently appeared for me regarding a reckless driving charge (92/70). As I live and work in Florida and received the charge while driving through Virginia, I could not appear in court myself. After calling his office, he quickly got in touch with me and explained the entire process and welcomed any questions. He then appeared on my behalf and got my charge reduced to speeding ticket, 80/70. It was a huge relief and he kept me updated the whole time. I ran into some legal trouble over my winter break from school, and to my dismay a possession of marijuana charge landed in my lap. I wanted to take a moment to share a great expereince! i drive up and down the 95 often as i live in NC and have family in NY. one day i was pulled over and told that i was speeding at a criminal level. i dissgreed however that didnt change the officers ticket he gave me to appear in court for my federal offense. not being in the area, it was tough to know who i could trust to handle the situation for me. i read a few reviews on different attorneys spoke to a few and when i spoke to claude i felt insitnatly like i was in good hands. he was very specific, he knew the variuos judges he may have to face on my behalf and wanted to know specific information about me to help him with his character case. he was efficient, supportive and got the best result i could have asked for (ticket dropped below criminal offese. i am very grateful for Claude's hard work on my case. to top it off, it was between christmas and new years so i was extra appreciative that he didnt get too busy to handle my case.
