Received a ticket that resulted in having to attend court. Unable to do that since out of country, I hired Attorney David Long to represent me and I am so thankful I did. He not only represented me in court, he was able to reduce the ticket so there is no adverse effect on my driving record. Definitely worth the money spent.

My suggestion would be NOT to speed in Virginia but I’m assuming if you’re reading this it’s probably too late. I got caught going 90 in a 70 heading to Maryland to see my mom for Christmas. So yes I got a reckless by speed charge. David and his team was able to get it reduced to 9 over, fine and court costs, and community service. I definitely learned my lesson but thanks to them I was able to keep my cdl. Thanks for everything God bless y’all

I waited far too long to post my review but a friend of mine has a daughter who went to court without an attorney and got the book thrown at her. So that jolted my memory. David Long is an excellent attorney who is proactive and highly qualified. I had everything I needed for my reckless driving case. My ticket was downgraded to a regular speeding ticket and I had to pay a nominal fine and court fees. It was a relief to have someone advocate for you in court and make sure you have the documentation and training done before you go before the judge. This was a huge stress on me until I retain David Long to represent me.

Do not expect client oriented service. I took a course of defensive driving and did by myself the inquiry on my personal record paid additional to the off record fee . I paid in total more than $800 for this service. He didn’t get the case dismissed, only reduced the infraction, I also had to paid the court service myself with Sussex county on a line with the court rude staff. Should I know this from the start I will look for an independent service that I chose myself. At the end my record will still be affected and my premiums more likely to be higher .

Not only did he get me off my speeding ticket when I was having issues paying the court fee he called me up and help me pay it. Absolutely amazing service. Not that I want another speeding ticket but if I get one in VA there will be no other lawyer I go to!!
