The best and most efficient Real Estate Settlements in the Tri City area. These Attorneys have a great support staff which is the key when I'm trying to get a transaction closed. I highly recommend them.

We met with Ms. Tucker and she was friendly, and efficient. We signed all of our closing documents within 20 minutes and everything was explained perfectly clearly. They were quick to contact us and make arrangements for our meeting.

I worked closely with Curtis Gordon in the asset sale of our business. Mr. Gordon was able to accommodate our tight deadline, and provided excellent legal advice, communicating any legal concerns in a clear manner. His paralegal was polite, professional and did a great job as well. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Gordon to anyone who needs legal council for the sale of a business, and would call him again should that need ever arise.

Awful experience with these attorneys. Extremely slow in returning calls. Asks executor to become trustee quickly in order to recoup an heirs debts by attacking the estate before the sale of the home just to hold the trustee accountable for an alleged heirs debt. Very deceiving and sneaky. Mr. Dankos quit 3 days before the sale of the home because of the supposed heirs debts in which they had no proof if that particular heir even owed the debt after trying to obtain the social security from me. Stating that a judgement automatically puts a lien on my parents property because of a judgement on an heir with no court order from a judge in existence. Very unprofessional blurting out “I quit” and hanging up the phone in my face. Worst law firm/debt collectors ever.
