Everything went like clockwork, all the deed and title work was done early, and we were able to sign our seller's paperwork 2 weeks before our closing date which was hugely helpful to us since we were leaving town 12 days before our closing. Our paralegal, Kevin Friend, was knowledgeable and incredibly responsive.

I recently closed on my home. My agent who also did a great job, recommended Shaheen Law Firm. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by a friendly law clerk I wish I remembered her name). Anyway, we had some paperwork to sign. It was explained in a way it was easy for us to understand. The next step was waiting to close, which was about a month away. Mr. Freshly kept us informed along the way. Anytime we had a question, if he was available, he spoke with us. If not, he got back to us within a day. Now for the best part, comes closing day. Our side went without a hitch. All our paperwork was perfect. Which was not the case for the buyers. I would definitely recommend Shaheen law firm for real estate needs.
