Prime Legal was a blessing to me. Francie Hiles in particular went above and beyond to help me find suitable employment. I can't say enough nice things about these ladies, they are caring, dedicated, and as motivated as I was to get me back to steady employment!

Francie Hiles is a terrific representative and just a great person to talk with, but unfortunately that's as far as I've gotten with Prime Legal. The last I ever heard from them was an e-mail saying I was not selected for the first position they got me an interview for. I both called and e-mailed Francie to see if there was anything I could have done differently, and to ask if she had found any other positions for which I might be qualified. No response. They're very nice and polite, but their professionalism needs work. A friendly staffing agency is good; one that is friendly and useful is better.
