If I could rate 0 stars I would. I got told they could represent me and my late father back in June, almost 6 months goes by. Now, magically we can’t be represented. My father died a tragic death at the hands of others, and the team lacked communication and understanding. Especially Gail Granata a (RN) that is apart of the Allen and Allen staff. She completely lacked compassion and empathy, and overall not having any kind of professionalism. Avoid this firm at all costs. I’m ashamed that I actually thought they were actually going to help while I was in a vulnerable state after losing my Father.

I really appreciate the guidance through the entire process with Jamie and Kristy. The team did a great job explaining my options and helping me through a pretty tough situation.
