I was a passenger in a car accident at work. I contacted Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen to represent me. I have had other occasions to use attorneys in the past but I have to admit that Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen raised the bar for the other law firms that I have used. They were responsive, proactive, showed empathy for my situation. I never had to worry about my case because I knew that I was in good hands. If I ever need an attorney again there is no question about which firm I would use. In closing I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Jennifer Capageli and Candice Johnson. Ladies thank you for taking care of me. Clearly, you enjoy your job thats why you are so good at it!! a

After my accident, I consulted with other law firms, but never got a welcoming feeling from anyone until I met Courtney Van Winkle. Once I met her, I knew Allen & Allen was the firm to represent me. Courtney and her team were conveniently located and scheduling time with her was easy. I was never left feeling stranded because I was constantly in contact with them. Courtney was very easy to talk to and was legitimately concerned for my family’s well-being. The team at Allen & Allen treated me with respect and I know that they did all they could to get me the best result possible. I have already referred others to Courtney and Allen & Allen and will continue to do so based on the treatment I received.

Top lawyers, especially Jamie

I interviewed Derrick Walker and two other attorneys in the Richmond area after my head on car collision by a drunk driver in November 2016. I selected Derrick on his merits and not on the law firm's reputation and name that I had seen on television and heard on the radio. Derrick was very genuine, professional, and poised. He assured me (and my husband) that he would work diligently to get me the compensation I deserved as this was a life altering event. Both Derrick and his legal assistant regularly checked on me while I recovered from my injuries and handled all facets of my case with integrity, transparency, and with care. Derrick has been a blessing to me (and my family). My case was resolved a year later and I feel like a winner. I learned a lot in the process and feel confident that I received the maximum compensation by law in my case. Additionally, I am forever grateful for Derrick and Allen and Allen law firm for making me feel a part of the Allen family. I am an Allen for life. Hopefully, I will never need Derrick's legal services again, but if I do I know I can count on him providing the same if not better service and case outcome. The whole experience was very informative and accomplishing. I appreciate all of the help that was achieved and I am very thankful for the experience and time put into helping me in a time of need. I would recommend any one to this firm because of they great job that was done.

Another edit: See my review below, and my first edit to that review. So they finally did contact me and promise that if I ever applied for another position with them, their "communication would be much improved". So I found a "Case Accounting Specialist" posting online which interested me and for which I was qualified, and applied for it. Within minutes, I received an automated form letter in my email telling me that they would not be pursuing my application. So I guess that is what passes for "much improved communication". Quite laughable, in my opinion. EDIT: See their response to my review. That was over a week ago. Nobody has contacted me yet. I was supposed to have an interview with them for a Mailroom position. The night before my interview was scheduled to take place, the recruiter abruptly emailed me and canceled it. I was told that they had "made the decision to close the position." When I attempted to reach back out to them to get some type of explanation, they wouldn't respond to me. If this is how they treat their potential employees then I am afraid to find out how they treat potential clients.
