It's not often that I place complete and utter trust in someone. However, from the moment I walked into the Allen and Allen conference room to meet Ryan Wind...he had/has it. Jason Konvicka was suggested to me by a friend to help my father after he was injured. I was helping my dad as he was severely injured and in bad shape. Jason came to the hospital and met with us instantly. He was professional and personal. He gave me his mobile number which me feel like I had an ally and was not just another case for him.
