I've known Bridget Long for well over a decade. She has handled several cases for my family and I throughout the years, with the best representation that anyone could ever ask for in an attorney. The title "Super Lawyer" is very well deserved, for that she is! Following an accident in 2013 I was referred to Allen and Allen and appointed Bridget Long as my representation. After three long, difficult years of battling injuries and the insurance companies, I can honestly say Bridget gave me my life back. Bridget is not only a vigilant advocate for her clients when battling the insurance companies, but she goes above and beyond in understanding her client’s personal limitations and needs. Attorney Scott Fitzgerald with the Allen Allen Allen and Allen Law firm was an excellent choice in representation for my personal injury cases. He was very professional an offered excellent advice putting at ease any concerns I had. I was injured in an accident and had originally tried working with the responsible party’s auto insurance company on my own. I quickly found out that they were not taking either my injuries or me seriously, and did not feel like they were doing my claim justice. I was referred to Jason Konvica of Allen & Allen by a friend, and I am so grateful for that referral. I had a wonderful experience working with Jason, and his Legal Assistant, Donna. At my first meeting with him, Jason listened thoughtfully as I described the accident and my subsequent injuries. He explained the legal process to me and let me know that I was justified in pursuing my claim. After that, he agreed to take my case, and take it, he did. Jason and Donna took care of everything for me. They met with the other insurance company’s representatives, gathered all the necessary accident and medical reports, took depositions from the appropriate people and kept me in the loop through the process. It was such a relief to give up trying to manage this process. I was so grateful at how well and efficiently they handled everything. They made the entire process stress free for me. And most importantly, Jason was successful in negotiating with the insurance company to get me an appropriate settlement offer. I am writing this review to pass on to you my own personal reference for Jason, should you need a Personal Injury Attorney. I was lucky that my friend was there to refer him to me, and I want to pay it forward.

I was injured in an accident. I was in the dark what to do and where to go. Then I came to know about Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen by one of my best friends. They are amazing. They understands you and your problem. They are best in knowing how to go with the issue and they are best in the way they investigate and gather the right information. At first Ted was taking care of me. He was wonderful. He listens to me very carefully and explained everything with a lot patience. Later he retired and before the day of retirement he handed me over to amazing hands Mr. Jason. The first call I had with him was very friendly. I came to Allen & Allen March of 2016 to help me with my personal injury case. I had been in a accident in Virginia Beach while on the job. I suffered from neck and back pain. As I went through physical therapy Allen & Allen was there for me to handle workers compensation, the insurance company and all of the endless paperwork. Trent Kerns was a magnificent lawyer who goes over the court system numerous times until you feel comfortable to step in front of the judge. Not only does Mr. Kerns have great knowledge of the court system but he also is a caring gentlemen who tries to learn about YOU. This law firm is definitely the best in Richmond.

Unfortunately my son and I were rear ended by a drunk driver in July of 2017. Attorney Jason Konvicka with Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen, was recommended to me by a close friend.
