Martin and the rest of the staff at Conway Law are amazing! They answered all my questions and saved me a lot of headaches by making the process easy and telling me the truth about everything upfront.
I would recommend them to anyone in Virginia looking for help with a Living Will or who need help with filing Bankruptcy. Martin Conway is awesome!

They aren't the kind of law firm that will make copies for you when you bring in the document. SERIOUSLY. If you email them the the documents they ask for, they won't print them out.
The person I know who used them didn't have a printer or copier herself. She couldn't print or copy at the libarary because she worked 70 hrs a week. She didn't live near a kinkos either nor know how to use computers or copiers. Additionally, because she less stable housing, it was hard to get her records. They had her chasing down way old bank balances from banks she hasn't banked at for years. Then when she drove all over the cities she'd lived in to get all this stuff they wouldn't even make copies or print electronic versions she sent them.
Conway also DID NOT INFORM HER her that as long as she paid the minimum $5 a month her medical creditor (hospital) couldn't report her as delinquent. They also didn't tell her to pause when Biden was exusing educational debt--the other part of her debt.
Conway WRONGLY allowed her to believe that declaing bankruptcy in this situation of excusable educational debt and minimum monthly budgeting of medical pmts of $5 that can't be reported) was going to help her credit and charged her thousands to file with them instead.
So NOT filing bankruptcy may have helped her build her credit back up much faster than the bankruptcy that ruins it for 7 years.
Now after a bankruptcy who's gonna rent a home to this woman for the next 7 yrs? Who's going to give a car loan to the client for the next 7 years? What if the existing car breaks down? What if current housing is lost? HOW IS THAT HELPFUL?
