Dealing with the Richmond office of Vesta was an absolute pleasure. Tammy Cutlip our representative was extremely thorough, very conscientious, responded to our requests in a timely fashion and just a really nice and cheerful person. It was so fortunate that our realtor suggested Vestal Settlements for our closing. They explained the process and kept us in the loop from start to finish, and their response time to any question was amazingly quick. The attention to detail was exceptional, and it made the settlement happen quickly and smoothly. On top of that, everyone we had contact with at Vesta could not have been more polite, helpful, and skilled at their job. Would highly recommend if you are buying or selling your home.
