Coming from out of state the whole process was unfamiliar and intimidating. Before my court date I had several phone conversations with Mitch who made me feel comfortable and gave me a lot of information. After discussing some reasonable outcomes we exceeded those expectations with his expertise. He was very helpful and I'd recommend him to anyone!

Riley & Wells are the best and highly recommended! I was nervous when I had to hire them because of a traffic violation but they were so professional and easy to work with that they put me at ease quickly. They were fast to answer all of my questions and always kept me informed. Do to their unmatched knowledge base and professionalism they were able to get my traffic violation dropped. My experience with Mitch Wells was top-notch. I needed representation last minute for a reckless driving charge and he was there for me. He spent the time to answer all of my questions and get me through the process without worry. He got my charge reduced and told me how they came to that conclusion and how it was beneficial to me. This is the second time ive used Riley and Wells, and both times ive had excellent results. Not only were they able to reduce both of my reckless driving offenses, but they were able to keep the fines low too! I highly reccomend to anyone facing a reckless driving charge, these guys are worth every penny!

Mitch Wells represented the company that I work for in a large 5 figure overweight citation. These matters are complex in nature due to Virginia Bridge & Infrastructure codes. The entire staff at Riley and Wells was there for me on very short notice. Mr. Wells met with me prior to court and eased my mind by explaining everything that would happen.
