I call the pendleton Law firm. about five thirty, pm. A young man answered the phone. He referred to me as mamm. He did. Not ask for the correct spelling or pronunciation of my nam. He referred to me as Edmund's. My name is Edwards, not Edmunds, and not mamm. I asked the young man to refer to me by my legal name, Carolyn.Or miss Edwards. He did not. I argued with him about about referring to me.By my first or last name. I hung up on him. He called me back. He said been that you hung up you apparently want to terminate your service here and he never referred to me by my name. There was no apology and I ended up telling the young man that I felt. He was bad, facetious and nasty. He apologized for that. And then he said thank you and he hung up. So I conclude that the young man is not in the business of helping them gain business.So for that I declined to be in contact with this particular law firm.

Hired this firm to represent me after I received a reckless driving ticket. The court date was changed due to COVID-19. I show up for court and my name is called towards the end of the session. My lawyer was not there to represent me. No contact what so ever. Completely unprofessional. I called them after I got home and the only explanation I got was the schedule in Chesterfield was different and a lot of people were having the same issue. Would not recommend this firm to anyone for anything.

This law firm was by far the best, most professional, expedient with replies, and understanding to my case. They kept me very informed of what would happen with my traffic ticket in emporia. I am military stationed at Camp Lejeune N.C. and my wife had broken her back in this process. They were definitely the cheapest of any attorney but by far the most professional and didn’t try and rush me off the phone. I couldn’t believe the price, but I guess it precedes their reputation. They told me they could plead it down and they did exactly what they said they could. Thank you guys so much and would give more starts if possible. Definitely recommend to anyone.

Great firm. Responsive, very competitive pricing, got my speeding ticket (57 in 45 speed trap) reduced to a moving violation with no points on my license or impact to my insurance! Highly recommend.
